Safety on the water

On Thursday 14 May, 2015 the Seabirds Preschool Class was visited by Lynda Hourigan who presented to the children a Water Safety Preschool Programme. Lynda is the Boating Education Officer from Roads & Maritime Services. Lynda showed the children and spoke to them about, water safety devices and why we need to use them when out on the water! Many of the children do go out on the water with their families in boats or on jet skis. Lynda’s messages of safety were very important.
